Ideal for those guests who require a quiet, comfortable relaxing area why not plug in your iPod into the iPod dock and let the soothing music become the backdrop for your guests to mull over what a wonderful day they have had. Large comfortable chairs fill this room, which also has its own kitchen that is ideal for making teas and coffees and saves the walk to the main kitchen.

Another one of our licensed areas this room could also be used for your wedding ceremony there is a large range of options depending on what you would prefer with seating for up to 60 of your guests.

A firm favourite with our local family of wild deer, is the woodland that can be viewed from the lounge windows. In the distance amongst the woodland is also a child's play area allowing them to have as much fun as possible.
